Candy and Joe just got back from their honeymoon cruise and I’m so excited to share their wedding on the blog today!
The Couple
From the couple: “We had mutual friends, however, didn’t know of each other. We just so happened to both be invited on a weekend trip to Harpers Ferry with our friends, Laci and Rich. We were introduced that weekend and were inseparable from that point. We got engaged on 12/06/2016 in New York City. Candy’s favorite time of the year is Christmas. Joe planned a day trip to NYC to see the Rocketts and the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center. The whole time with the ring in his pocket. Once it got dark, we went to the tree to “take a picture.” Little did she know, a photographer was there to taker picture. We took a couple pictures and she said lets do one more pose. The whole time she knew what was going on. Joe got down on one knee and popped the question…in the middle of NYC busiest time. People began cheering and clapping all around. It truly was a dream proposal.”
The Wedding
When I first met with Candy, I knew I liked her style. She knew exactly what she wanted and what things were a priority, and which ones just didn’t matter. To her, the most important things were marrying Joe, spending time with the people she loved most, and getting beautiful photos in Baltimore – if she had those things, it would the perfect wedding. This wedding was also a party and a half. Joe is hysterical. Here are just a few of our favorites from their big day!

I love the veil shots from the top of federal hill! So pretty!!!
So many of these made me laugh aloud! Obsessed with the fed hill skyline silhouette. Also, you nailed that sparkler exit.
