This family has been featured on the blog so many times over the last several years. Dom and Sarah’s engagement photos, wedding, trash the dress session, and a family session pre-Lily and pre-Quinn. So although they’re no stranger to my camera, this was a first time for two of the members of the Delauney clan! Baby Quinn was only four weeks old when we met for this session! They had already gotten newborn photos at the hospital, so the goal this time was to get (as best as possible) portraits of the whole family. Of course, with an active 18 month old, that’s a little easier said than done. But what I really love about this session is how perfectly we captured the beauty of real life. Lilian wasn’t feeling the whole sit and smile for the camera thing, but we captured her being her, and that’s what this is all about.
