This past Saturday, Matt married the girl next door. Literally. Matt and Christine met when they were both living in Federal Hill. She lived in a row house with a few other girls, and Matt lived next door with a few other guys. Since they shared a breezeway, and their roof decks were right next to each other, they saw each other pretty often. They got to know each other, and the rest is history.
Their wedding on Saturday was an absolute blast and we got to explore so many places in Downtown Baltimore. They got ready at the Waterfront Baltimore Marriott, we took portraits along the waterfront in Harbor East and Federal Hill and later around their reception venue at the American Visionary Art Museum. They were married at Our Lady of Good Counsel church in Federal Hill as well. It was the hottest day of the year by far, but they were absolute troopers through it all. Even with a runaway veil (you’ll see a shot of that later) and the intense heat, nothing could shake these two. It was the best day ever to kick off a lifetime of love.
