Alexa + Dan | Anniversary Session at the Kennedy Center | Washington, DC

Engagements

Alexa and Dan are no strangers to this blog. From their engagement session and wedding in 2015, to the countless friends they’ve sent our way since (including a few that aren’t on this blog for privacy reasons), they’ve been spotted here and there on the site for years! As a thank you for their support over the years, I wanted to treat them to an anniversary session! We were rescheduled many times due to rain, but ended up getting the perfect fall day. We started in Georgetown near 34th and O street where there was still some gorgeous fall color, and then walked along the waterfront and ended at the roof deck of the Kennedy Center where we were treated to a gorgeous sunset. Right around sunset, we were swarmed with a ton of high school students taking selfies with the sunset which was also hilarious and made for a fun photo op itself! Alexa and Dan, I am so thankful for your friendship, support, and kick ass dance moves over the years. You’re the best and I wish you many more years of happiness and dance parties! Here are just a few favorites from our time together.
