November 15, 2010 The Goles Kids!

My second session this Sunday was with the Goles kids. You may remember them from my first trip to Jerusalem Mill (the one that started it all) where I photographed both the Goles family and the Hulse family. That session was actually days before Karis started walking and this time she was running all over the place! I've known Corbin and Karis since they were born and it's still absolutely crazy to me how big they're getting! We had a...

November 15, 2010 Fall Session – Runkles Family

This Sunday I had the opportunity to photograph three different families! The first session was with our good friends Josh and Jamie and their son Ethan. You may remember Ethan from his 3-month-old shoot in March. Can you believe he'll be one in less than a month? He's grown up so much! I can't believe he's standing already. He's all smiles and so cute :). He got distracted from time to time by the leaves on the ground, but Josh...

November 15, 2010 Two families, one day.

Last Sunday I had the pleasure of working with two families, one after the other at Jerusalem Mill. It was absolutely *freezing* out but everyone was great about it! First I worked with little Logan. He's only five months old and despite the bitter cold he did a wonderful job :) we got some really cute stuff. He can't sit up on his own yet, so we're going to get together again in the spring when it's a little warmer, and...

October 3, 2010 Miss Riley

This morning I met Riley and Mom at Jerusalem mill for her 1-year session. Her birthday is in just a couple of days. She's such a happy little girl and she's so sweet! She was so easy and so fun to work with. Sometimes when she smiles she looks just like her cousin Patrick who I photographed this summer. What a beautiful little girl! Thanks Mom and Dad for allowing me to capture some great shots of your beautiful little...

July 6, 2010 The Steinharters

Yesterday I did a shoot with my friend Elise, a former coworker of mine, and her family. They're an uncommonly gorgeous family and the photos turned out wonderfully! We got permission to shoot in their friend's neighbor's backyard which had all sorts of fun and cute furniture and setups to choose from! Looking at the photos you'd never guess this was the back yard of an average-sized single family home. Ahuva was such a pleasure to work with and a wonderfully happy baby! Ahuva was often distracted by the reflector (and Steve, who was holding it-- Elise says that Ahuva flirts with all the boys ;)) but Aunt Ruby was there to get her attention and her smiles.
