The Charles Ballroom is a gorgeous space on the first floor with bright white ceilings, mirrors and windows galore. It’s gorgeous for both the wedding ceremony and reception! It can fit over 200 guests, and is my personal favorite space at The Belvedere!
The John Eager Howard Ballroom at the Belvedere is on the first floor, across from the Charles. Most of my couples use it as a space for portraits and for cocktail hour – though I’ve also seen it used for ketubah signings and smaller weddings! It’s a gorgeous space with hand painted Baltimore murals, oak all throughout and a fireplace. It has a warm, inviting feel, and is a very unique space.
The Grand is quite the appropriate name for the 12th floor Ballroom at The Belvedere. With gorgeous, tall, vaulted ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and enough space to host more than 300 guests, this space is perfect for large events! I love all of the little nooks on the 12th floor, and have taken some of my favorite photos there – including the one in the thumbnail above for Ariel and Sri’s wedding.
The 13th floor has epic views of the city through its floor to ceiling windows and a more modern aesthetic than the other options at The Belvedere. I love this cozy space, it truly is perfect for a smaller celebration, and is able to fit about 80 guests along with a dance floor!
