Alexa + Dan | Lost Creek Winery Wedding

I adore Alexa and Dan. The three hours we spent photographing for their DC engagement session this spring flew by, followed by a delightful brunch. Being able to spend so much time together let me get to know their personalities and watch them interact. I could see how perfect of a fit they were and how they complemented each other in all of the right ways. While Alexa and I were waiting for Dan to park the car when we got to our brunch location, she told me about one of the many surprises she had planned for the wedding day. This day was just so much fun. From their awesome groups of friends to their loving families, the touching vows, incredible speeches, it was a wonderful day to be a part of. Add to that their unique touches to the wedding – two fun dances, a surprise musical performance, and a delicious vegan ice cream bar – it was easily one of the most fun weddings I’ve ever had the opportunity to capture.

Alexa and Dan, thank you so much for inviting me into your lives and for being the warm, genuine people you are. It’s been truly a pleasure getting to know you and being by your side on your journey to husband and wife. I can’t wait to see what life’s journey brings you!
