June 18, 2013 Alice + Chad | Gunpowder State Park Engagement
Alice and Chad are awesome people. There are few people more awesome than them. I have known Chad for years, we were a part of a small group of close-knit friends who hung out in high school, though we never went to the same school. I didn’t meet Alice until a few years ago, when she opened her home to a friend in need. Now that’s an amazing friend. So many people say that they are there for their friends but these two really are. They’re the kind of friends everyone wants but few are lucky enough to actually have. When they got engaged and asked me to photograph their wedding I was over the moon excited. These are two really awesome, really fun people and I just KNOW their wedding is going to be a blast and a fun reunion with old friends!
I met them bright and early on Sunday. Okay, it wasn’t exactly bright. As a matter of fact it was pretty overcast and even rained a bit on the way there. But who cares? These two are so fun and in love that they lit up every frame– who needs sunny skies?
Aren’t they so cute? D’awwww.

When I first asked them to trade places, this is what Chad did. Haha.

Alice’s engagement ring is of their birthstone! I love that it’s something different, and really beautiful!
Tree pose! They actually go to yoga together! I think that’s so cool. I wish Steve would go do yoga with me. *hint hint*
Alice + Chad, I love you guys! You’re the best and I can’t wait until your wedding in just a few months!

Bree, you did a wonderful job capturing the love, humor, and tenderness they both have and share with each other. They are my ying/yang couple and I Love them both dearly <3.
