Happy Anniversary to us!

Today is our second wedding anniversary. I’ve been thinking about marriage a lot over the last few months of wedding season. Weddings are amazing and I love the beautiful celebration of a happy couple and a new beginning. Many people say it’s the happiest day of their lives. Our wedding day was amazing and it was filled with so much joy.

Our wedding day was amazing, beautiful, perfect and filled with so much love and joy. (I did a one-year recap last year which you can read here if you feel so obliged.) As amazing as it was, there have been many days since then that have topped it in terms of happiness.

In the last two years we’ve had some pretty amazing days. Even the least eventful days are beautiful because I’m sharing my life with someone who loves, respects, and gets me. We are constantly expressing our joy and gratitude for each other, our beautiful home, and adorable furball. I couldn’t be more grateful to have an amazing husband who is as handsome, caring, supportive, and all-around perfect for me as Steve is. He keeps me grounded, supports me when I need it, pushes me when he should, and loves me without fail. I couldn’t be more lucky.

I’m lucky I’m in love with my best friend. Happy Anniversary Babe. Still stupid for you. :)
