Tuesday morning I finally met Andrew and Sarah for the first time. I’ve been talking with Sarah about her wedding plans since August, but we had yet to meet in person since they’re planning their wedding long distance from Richmond! Thankfully they were in town anyway for another vendor meeting and we were able to swing an engagement session before it got too cold. We ended up with an absolutely beautiful morning in Fells Point for their engagement session! I loved wandering around Fells with these two, getting to know them and their story, and we ended the morning with breakfast at what seems to be my post-session go-to in both Fells Point and Annapolis- Sofi’s Crepes!
It was such a beautiful morning with a beautiful couple! They made my job easy.
Love this shot! I have a black and white a little further down taken just a few seconds later. So interesting how different one space can look with a slight change of approach.
LOVE this one!
And this one! So beautiful!
Sarah is so gorgeous!
Love the sass on the right!
One thing Sarah requested when deciding on a location for their session was ‘big doors’ – so any time I saw an awesome door, I knew we had to incorporate it. I love this building because there were lots of pretty big doors! :)
I just love everything about this photo, their smiles, the colors, the doors, obviously.
There was a quick outfit change before finishing up for the morning – I love these shirts representing each of their home states!
Sarah and Andrew – thanks so much for spending your morning with me! It was so great meeting you two and I can’t wait for your wedding in May!
Such a sweet session! I love their “home” shirts! So cute!
