Saturday’s wedding was my second of this year, but what I consider to be my first of this year’s wedding season. David and Dorinda’s January wedding was much closer to the 2014 wedding season in time than the 2015 wedding season. This weekend, more than 2 months later, Erin and Jason were married, kicking off a string of weddings spanning from late March to Mid-December! I’ve been so fortunate over the last couple of years to have worked with some truly amazing couples, people that I’ve come to consider friends. Erin and Jason are no exception to that. Their first email to me inquiring about their date, I knew that there was something special about these two. Their fun-loving personalities came through right away, and I couldn’t wait to meet them. We met, and they beyond exceeded my expectations, and lucky for me, they loved me right back! After their engagement session we went out to dinner and chatted like old friends. I absolutely adore these two and I’m so happy they chose me to capture this incredibly special day for them!
I started my day off with Erin and the girls at the 1840s Carrollton Inn, in the beautiful Carroll Suite, where they got ready for the wedding!
Erin’s dress is beyond stunning. Just wait ’til you see it on her, even better!
I adore their invitations! So cute and clever!
Gorgeous!
Such an amazingly beautiful bride!!! Erin, you’re stunning!
The lovely ladies!
After photographing the girls, I met up with the guys for a few shots too!
And then just before the ceremony, Erin and Jason exchanged gifts and shared a moment, without seeing each other!
Originally their ceremony was going to be outside in the courtyard of the Carrollton Inn, but they made the decision to move it inside to the 4th floor of the 1840s Ballroom due to the cold. It’s such a gorgeous space and was the perfect backdrop for their ceremony!
Such a good looking group! The kids are awesome too!
LOVE this one!
After we finished up with the bridal party photos – thanks again to the ladies for being such troopers in the freezing weather!! – it was time for some portraits of Erin and Jason around the property. I just love these.
So gorgeous!!
This one is probably my favorite – they just look SO happy!!!
How awesome is this portrait of Jason? So handsome! The boutonniere is also amazing, Eve from Eden Floral Design outdid herself!
And Erin’s bouquet is amazing as well!
These two photos crack me up – The guys held up Erin, the girls dropped Jason. lol
Their reception took place in the City Lites room at 1840s Plaza, complete with loads of awesome DIY touches!
Erin and Jason shared in a sweet choreographed first dance.
And following toasts and dinner, lovely dances with their parents as well.
Their party was so much fun! With coloring for the kids, games at the tables, a photo booth, and dancing – there was something for everyone and it was a BLAST!
At the end of the night, I was fortunate to get a little more time with Erin and Jason for some night shots – so happy with how these turned out!
Erin and Jason – I’m so glad you guys found me and chose me to be your wedding photographer. I’ve loved getting to know you guys over the past year and I hope we stay in touch over the years to come!

Brea
