This weekend’s wedding is already on the blog today as we’re leaving in a few hours for Italy! I couldn’t think of a better way to spend my last few days here than working with this incredible couple and on their beautiful photos!
A few days before Sara and Josh’s wedding, I got an email from Sara saying that due to the impending storms for their wedding day (a forecast with 100% chance of rain all day long) everything would be happening inside. They were up for photos outside in the rain with umbrellas if need be, and were going to embrace the rain, as it’s their wedding story. Now of course, we all still hoped we’d get a break in the rain, but I love how they had such an amazing attitude about it! And that attitude more than paid off. The day started with an intense downpour, but by the time the ceremony ended, the rain cleared out and we were able to get some awesome outdoor portraits!
Sara and Josh are such an incredible couple, and it’s obvious to anyone who meets them that they are the perfect match. Everything was beautiful and personal, and it was a joy to capture their love! Sara and Josh – congratulations! It was truly an honor to be a part of your day!
