April 6, 2016 It’s launch day!!!
This day has been many many months in the making! Since early January, I’ve been working with an incredibly talented team of designers and creative ninjas from Braizen to get to the core of what this business is all about and create a brand experience that captures the essence of that mission.
What is this business about? At the core, this business is about relationships. Developing lasting, genuine relationships with my clients so I can capture their stories in a way that only someone who truly knows and cares about them can. It’s about FUN and making the experience of being photographed something to look forward to – even if you don’t like being in front of the camera. It’s about making photography the last thing you need to stress about on your wedding day. And it’s about creating beautiful images that are unique to you that you’ll be proud to display on your walls for years and years to come.
When I did my first professional rebrand a few years ago, I knew I wanted something that had a fun and professional feel. We nailed the professional part, but never really captured the fun. I had just started dabbling in sunset and night shots, which turned out to be a defining characteristic of my work. More and more, clients were booking me because I could do beautiful, dramatic images at night and in front of a beautiful sunset. Over the last few years, my work has evolved and increasingly there became a disconnect between the online presence and the colorful, bold images that I was producing. It was time for a change, and Braizen captured the essence of what I was going for perfectly!
Not only is the website beautiful and the brand very me, but the website is so slick. I’m in love with the fact that this website not only works beautifully on the web, but it has a natural-feeling mobile experience as well. They are experts at customer experience and I’m so pumped that they took the care and time to make sure the experience on my website would be as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
So today, I put my heart out there for the world to see. This website is a reflection of the person behind the camera in a way it never has been before. To Ashley, Walter, Amber, Tyrie, and Melissa – thank you so much for all of the hard work you’ve put in to make this happen. I’m forever grateful for you!
