Gabrielle and Steve are getting married at a beautiful waterfront venue near Baltimore. Gabrielle is a nurse, Steve is Capitol Police. He proposed to her at the Capitol building in DC – and they wanted to capture the iconic views of the city for their engagement photos and also to honor and celebrate this season in their life in this city. All Gabrielle wanted was two different looks – more formal and more casual, and the DC Mall and Monuments as the location. Of course the best time to get those locations is before they’re swarmed with tourists for the day. This is what happens when you have a 3:30 AM wakeup call and start your session before the sun is up…
