I’m so excited to share Sam and Jon’s intimate picnic wedding at Gramercy Mansion on the blog today! I’ve been friends with Sam’s sister Amanda for a few years now, and when Sam got engaged, she had reached out to me about her wedding photography. Unfortunately I wasn’t originally available on the date they picked for their wedding. But as the coronavirus has shifted some things around, the stars aligned and we were able to work together… at their first choice venue, for a modified and very special wedding celebration.
Sam got ready with two of her original three bridesmaids, she and Jon had a first look, and then walked together to the ceremony in the garden. The ceremony music was provided by two of their friends, with four others in attendance. Their family members and friends who were unable to attend, watched over Zoom as they shared their vows. The day wrapped with a picnic style socially distanced party with mixed drinks provided by their friends at Mobtown, picnic lunch from Artifact Coffee, and a delicious cake from Bramble Bakes. It was the sweetest celebration of a truly special love. Here are some highlights:
