Scott and Carolina were married this past Sunday at Rockfield Manor, and it was a magical day. I’m excited to share the highlights on the blog today!

The Couple

From the couple: “It was Passover dinner 2019, Cari had just come back from a four week European getaway with Scott’s sister Emily. As the matzah was flowing, the pair started talking about every Argentine’s favorite sport…hockey. After kicking Scott’s ass in ¡UNO! the two watched the rest of the Capitals loss to the hurricanes in game 4 of the playoffs. The two left dinner hoping to come across each other, but not knowing for sure if it would ever happen.

“Fast forward to 7 months later when the two reconnected over an Instagram post about the actual favorite sport of Argentina, Football, just the wrong version of it as the Ravens were playoff bound.

“In January 2020, right before COVID, the two had their first date. They sat at Blue Agave in Federal Hill for hours talking about music and creating playlists for each other. Scott admitted his love for Harry Styles and Cari told of her two favorite bands, foreign heavy metal bands Sonata Arctica and X Japan. Close to 100 concerts and over 375 songs on a shared playlist later, here we are.”

The Wedding

I’ve known Scott for more than 15 years, and it was so wonderful to see him find his perfect match in Carolina. They have a deep connection, a shared love of music, and a very special love. This whole day was wonderful – from special moments with Carolina’s family early in the day, to their personalized vows – echoing each other, to Scott’s surprise musical performance, an epic sunset, and an even more amazing party – it was perfect. I’m excited to share the highlights on the blog today!
