Nicole and Ed were married this past weekend at the Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm, and it was a perfect day filled with endless joy.
The Couple
We met at Whistler’s which is a local bar in the bride’s hometown. Edward was sitting at a bar with his best friend AJ (who the bride went to grade school with)Â and Sam (one of the bride’s best friends growing up). Nicole thought he was cute so her friend started throwing rolled up straw rappers at him. Edward bet on a football game and was paying no mind. Nicole went up to apologize to him. Edward said if your friend makes the shot in my hood then I’ll buy you a round of shots. She made the shot but Edward only bought a shot for Nicole so she picked the most expensive one. They exchanged numbers and it turns out they were already friends on facebook with a lot of mutual friends.
On our second date Nicole told Edward that it felt like a forever kind of connection and Edward agreed stating “that’s how it’s supposed to feel.”
The Wedding
Nicole and Ed’s wedding was such a good day for the soul. Everyone was so warm and wonderful and inviting, while also silly and weird and fun. We immediately felt at home with them, and vice versa, allowing us to capture the joy fully. It was an incredible day and I’m so excited to share highlights on the blog!
