Holly and Rahool’s wedding this past weekend was such a joy to be a part of, I’m excited to share the highlights on the blog today!

The Couple

From the couple: “We met in Pennsylvania when Rahool was in medical school and Holly was working in an office. We eventually both made it to Baltimore when Rahool moved there for residency, and made it our home. Rahool proposed to Holly by taking her out to dinner and then coming home to the house being secretly decked out with balloons — a callback to a few years before, when Holly broke into Rahool’s apartment to fill it with balloons as a pick-me-up after a tough exam.”

The Wedding

This past weekend, I had the absolute joy of capturing Holly and Rahool’s stunning Indian fusion wedding in the heart of Baltimore. The day began with energy and tradition: a spirited baraat danced its way through the lobby of the Hippodrome, leading Rahool to the ceremony with music, joy, and a crowd of loved ones. Their Hindu ceremony took place at the beautifully restored M&T Bank Exchange inside the historic Hippodrome Theatre. It was rich in tradition, deeply meaningful, and a beautiful representation of the love and unity between two families.

After the ceremony, we took time for portraits in both looks—starting right outside the Hippodrome, and then after a quick change at their hotel – heading down to Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and Federal Hill. After that brief intermission, the party picked back up at the M&T Bank Exchange, which had been transformed for their evening reception. The night was full of celebration—an electric dance floor, heartfelt speeches, and a palpable sense of joy from every guest in the room.

It was such a privilege to be part of a day so full of love. Holly and Rahool bring the best out in each other, when you see them together, it just makes sense. Being there to capture it all was a joy and an honor. Here’s a very LONG blog post with just a small selection of what was an absolutely incredible day!
