Mary & Pranav’s 5 year anniversary/vow renewal/wedding/sangeet on Saturday was so beautiful and so fun and so worth the wait! We loved being a part of it and I’m excited to share some highlights on the blog today.

The Couple

From Mary & Pranav:

“We officially “met” through mutual friends in Baltimore, though we had overlapping social circles for some time. After dating for a few years, we got engaged AND married during the pandemic! (We had no idea how long the pandemic would last, so why wait?)

“We got married September 26th, 2020 in a beautiful and intimate wedding held in the backyard of Pranav’s childhood home. Although the pandemic limited us to only 20 in-person attendees, we were very lucky that online meetings were available to us — we additionally celebrated with 150+ virtual attendees from across the globe!

“While we loved our small and intimate wedding, and were overjoyed that our friends and family could attend “virtually”, we very much missed celebrating with everyone in person. Five years later, it was the perfect time to throw a big party to celebrate!

“We now live in the Riverside neighborhood of South Baltimore with our sweet 2-year old son Elias.”

The (Not Quite) Wedding

Everything on Saturday was absolutely perfect. Mary and Pranav were fully invested in having a wonderful time with the people they loved, and the photos show it. From the deep belly laughter, to the smile that never left either of their faces, to the hugs from the heart, to tearing it up on the dance floor. Everything was done with love and intention. It’s days like this with people like these that make me so thankful this is how I get to spend my life – capturing real human connection. Thank you both for inviting us into your world for the day.
