Lauren + Andrew | 1840s Ballroom Wedding

This Saturday, Lauren and Andrew were married at 1840s Ballroom in what was one of the most fun days ever. When I first arrived to Lauren’s room where she was getting ready, she commented on how the day had flown by so far, but she was still totally cool as a cucumber. Excited, a little anxious, but calm. When I bounced down to Andrew’s room, he had the exact same outlook. He was excited for the day to get started, but was totally calm. What better confirmation that these two are perfect for each other? There were so many beautiful moments throughout the day, and I just loved to watch their relationships with their families, and their families’ relationships with each other. The entire day was filled with love and there wasn’t a moment that you couldn’t feel it. When we escaped for a quick break outside for night shots, Lauren said with excitement “I’ve been to a lot of weddings, and this is the best wedding I’ve ever been to!” and without hesitation, I agreed. Over 150 weddings and counting in the last four years, and this one was easily one of the most fun parties I’ve ever been to!

Lauren and Andrew, I hope you guys are having a blast in Hawaii! I can’t wait to hear all about it and please keep sending me pictures, I’d love to live vicariously through you! It was an honor to be your wedding photographer and to capture such an amazing day for two really awesome people.
