July 25, 2021 A + K | Three Day Intimate Backyard Wedding Celebration! | Phoenix, MD

This past week we got to spend three days with A + K and 25 of their closest friends and family, and it was such a wonderful way to kick off the beginning of their new marriage!

The Proposal

From the bride: “K and I got engaged on New Years eve after ringing in 2021 with my (the bride’s) family in town! It was late, I was getting into bed, and felt a ring box on my pillow. Many tears and and an unintentional long pause before saying YES the rest is history!”

The Wedding

Thursday we met A + K at the Towson Courthouse for their civil ceremony to kick off the weekend’s celebrations. With just their parents and K’s daughter C present, they had a beautiful and tearful ceremony. A started by getting down and saying vows to K’s daugher, and they presented her with her own ring. I love the connection and love that these three have! On Friday they had an awesome party at their home for their closest friends and family with delicious food from Zeffert and Gold. And wrapping up the weekend of celebration, on Sunday we had a pool party! I loved my entire weekend with A, K, and their families. Thank you all for including us and making us feel so welcomed! Here is just a taste of the weekend.
