This past Saturday Kendall and Damian were married at the Elkridge Furnace Inn in one of the most heartfelt AND hilarious weddings I’ve ever witnessed.
The Couple
From the couple: “We met on Bumble, and went on our first date for drinks at Huck’s American Craft. Kendall ended up bartending there later, and still does part-time! We dated for just over a year before we got engaged. Damian sort of impulsively decided to propose on Kendall’s brother’s birthday… he disappeared in the middle of the day out celebrating, and came back with both dogs, and dragged Kendall for a walk in Patterson Park. She complained the entire time, and he made it about 100 yards into the park before just proposing so she’d stop complaining about walking. Neither one remembers exactly what he said, and Kendall was 0% expecting it. She said yes without a second thought!”
The Wedding
I love these two people and this wedding day so much. I love their ridiculous anxiety dog and their ball of affection dog, especially in her flower girl dress. I love their friends and their family and the warmth we experienced all day. I love that their vows were the most honest and heartfelt vows I’ve ever witnessed, while also feeling a bit like a stand up routine. This entire day was 100% perfect for the amazing couple that they are. Enjoy the various cry faces from Damian and full body laughter from Kendall (including when Damian called her to let her know he forgot his suit at home, to which she had nothing to say but “I love this man”)… and these are just a small fraction of what we captured that day!
