January 8, 2024 2023 in Review | Best of Baltimore Wedding Photography
It’s surreal to be writing another end of year recap post. Time passes so quickly when we’re in the midst of busy season, and once it’s over it’s wild to reflect back on everything we experienced. This year there was another layer to the wild feeling of time passing, and that’s that my second to last wedding of the year was my own. In a lot of ways this year’s sessions and weddings felt different because I was approaching them as a bride myself. Thinking deeply and often about what would matter to me if I was the one getting married, and what I would want to remember. I’ll write another post once I have been able to gather my thoughts about the experience of being on the other side of the camera. But today, we focus on the beautiful people and stories we witnessed this year.
To all of the wonderful people that trusted us to capture their memories: thank you. It’s the greatest honor and I could not be more thankful that this is my life’s work.
Side note: I am very pleased with the amount of cats in this post. Let’s keep this trend going in 2024 :)
