This past weekend, I had the honor of capturing the most unique and thoughtful proposal I’ve yet seen. Hardeep got the idea last year when they visited the museum on a date day and toured the print shop. He reached out to the museum, and they made it happen!
The Baltimore Museum of Industry has a working Linotype machine, and Hardeep arranged for them to get a private demonstration of the machine, culminating in a personalized print asking Julissa to marry him! It was so precious and she had absolutely no idea it was coming.
As a photographer, this was very fun and different because instead of needing to hide and be sneaky to get the photos, I was able to be right there with them, under the ruse that I was getting social media photos for the museum.
After the big moment, we took some portraits around the BMI and Federal Hill. It was such a lovely day spent with Hardeep and Julissa and I am so thankful I got to be a part of it!
