Super-Aiden! New York City Family Session

Two weekends ago I went to New York City to see a few of my girlfriends. While I was planning the trip I got a message from Cai asking if I would be in New York any time soon because she wanted photos done for her son’s birthday. Cai is another one of the ladies I mentioned in this post from our Hawaii Facebook Group. It ended up working out perfectly! We were able to meet up the Sunday after his first birthday to get his birthday photos! Aiden is such a sweet boy and he’s SO fun! When I first met him he was VERY talkative. He’s a good story teller (his baby babble is just adorable!) and he’s very inquisitive.

We started the session off on their roof deck. We let him explore and do his own thing. He was so fun to watch. Especially when he was walking around in his super sweet CAPE! That’s right, he has a cape. His cape was a handmade gift for his birthday.

How awesome is he? I just love his expression in the right image. He’s so funny!

They are such a cute family!

After we finished up on the roof deck we walked a block to a nearby playground and park. I love this next one of Aiden.

Then it was swing time! I love swing pictures! I especially love how he’s got his hands up and the way the cape is flying in the left image. SUPERMAN!
