I met with Alexis and Brian last fall, just over a year before their wedding. I loved them from the first moment we met. They are so fun and sweet and completely in love. I’ve recently realized that my favorite client meetings and the couples I have the most fun with are the ones where the groom is as excited about the wedding as the bride. Brian definitely fit this criteria. He might not be as into the details as Alexis (what guy is?) but his enthusiasm about his bride to be was contagious from the first meeting. They also have some pretty awesome friends! Alexis referred her friend Lauren to me, who you may remember from their engagement session at the end of February!

Wet met on Tuesday in Fells Point for their engagement session, it was a beautiful early spring day and these two just lit up in front of the camera. At one point Alexis joked that they were awkward, but I couldn’t disagree more! Their love and happiness is so apparent, they made my job easy! They are pros. Pros, I tell you.

I’m going to save you all the comments of “I love this one!” because I’d just basically be typing it over and over. We were walking around and trying to find a great spot to do a ring shot of Alexis’ fabulous engagement ring. She told me that hinted her taste in engagement rings to Brian by sending an email with the subject line “Things I wouldn’t say no to”  I wouldn’t say no to this ring either! Stunning! We found a barnacle covered… I don’t even know what this thing was… but I’m so glad we found it. Such a cool backdrop.And this next one is my favorite ring shot to date!
