Megan + Danny | St. Luke’s Church Wedding

Megan and Danny have the kind of love that will light up a room and put a permanent smile on your face. I was so crazy excited when I met these two and Megan’s sister Katie hired me to photograph their wedding. I’ve known Katie for years and it was really fun hanging out with her awesome family all day for Megan and Danny’s wedding! It was a rainy day, but the rain never put a damper on their day! Nothing could bring them down, because they were MARRIED!

I started my day off at Megan and Danny’s house with Megan while she was getting ready. I am obsessed with her gorgeous tea-length gown!

Megan had silver dollars from the year she was born and the year of their wedding adorned to her wedding dress – a polish tradition.

While Megan was getting her hair done, we played the Newlywed game – and it was hilarious!

I love Megan’s happiness!

It’s like Cinderella, “It fits!” she says :)

Meanwhile, Jen was with the guys over the bridge!

They had to recreate their ugly sweater photo. Their outfits were slightly upgraded.

Then it was off to St. Luke’s to be married!

After family photos and bridal party photos it was time to focus on the lovely couple! I love these! We may have been limited with the portraits outside due to the rain, but the mix of inside and outside portraits was perfect!

Across the street at the Volunteer Fire Department, their friends and family gathered to celebrate with quite the party!

I just love their love! I know I keep saying it, but they’re just the sweetest.

Richard and Katie gave great speeches, and then the party was kicked off with the parent dances, both were totally sweet.

I love this cake! The topper was made by Megan’s dad!
