As technology changes, it's up to us to keep up! I always try (not to say that I succeed) to stay ahead of the curve. Years ago, Apple did away with optical drives (CD/DVD drives) in their MacBook Air computers. Now, most people who own a MacBook Air wouldn't have it as their primary computer-- but who's to say that's the only computer that will be without a CD or DVD drive? Apple is now offering software without installation discs...
