I know I say this every year, but 2025 was a top contender for one of my favorites ever. We had 34 weddings, countless engagement sessions, some really special documentary family sessions (check out my family work at LifebyBrea.com), and other miscellaneous awesome shoots – like my step daughter’s promo photos for her school musical, which ended up on a billboard!
We went to Atlanta for an engagement session at the incredible Georgia Aquarium, and the Shenandoah Valley area for two incredible weddings and one very windy adventurous engagement shoot. We had lots of visits to some of our old favorite venues like The Peabody Library, The Belvedere, Baltimore Museum of Industry, Sagamore Pendry, and many more. We also got to experience some new to us spaces like the Butterfly Room, Guilford Hall Brewery and Citizen’s Ballroom.
But the best part of it is the people.
Whether it was photographing the third wedding for a family that I’ve grown to love deeply, or the countless bridesmaids turned brides, or the new clients turned real life friends… looking back through these photos gave me such a warm feeling. I truly love what I do.
I could not be more thankful I’ve built a beautiful life through documenting love. Thank you to our wonderful clients, many of whom have turned into real friends, for trusting me to capture your most precious and intimate moments. Thank you to my wonderful team for another year of making this the best job ever, and being my work family.
