Earlier this month I had my last second shooting opportunity for a while, given the busy-ness of my own weddings this year, and this wedding did NOT disappoint! I worked with Rachel Smith Photography for Rumi and Jen's wedding. They have the storybook romance - American girl studies abroad, falls in love with Mr. Tall Dark and Handsome - and their wedding day was the perfect reflection of that fairytale love story. This has been such an amazing week on the blog with two gorgeous engagement sessions (Briana + Greg and Brittany + J.J.) and last weekend's AMAZING wedding (Sarmila + Khalid). Last Saturday, friends and family from all over the world gathered for the wedding of Khalid and Sarmila at Glenview Mansion in Rockville, Maryland. Sunday evening I got together with Brittany and JJ for their engagement session. With JJ stationed 4 hours away and Brittany's school schedule, not to mention my schedule with wedding season, we struggled to find a day that worked to get together for their engagement session--thankfully Easter Sunday worked out!
